Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories and packaging.

To initiate a return: contact us via phone/WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method (MoMo or Orange Money).

Warranty

All products sold by Blerkgigital come with a 1‑year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers:

• Hardware failures not caused by misuse
• Battery issues (under normal use)
• Screen defects (dead pixels, etc.)

Physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or misuse will void the warranty. For warranty claims, please contact us with your proof of purchase.
